Who we are

Your Glow Polyclinic L.L.C. (“Your Glow”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the clinic at Villa 9, Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with this website and with enquiries you send us.

We handle personal information in line with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, including the requirements that apply to health information. Medical records created during your care are handled under separate clinical record-keeping obligations and are not covered in detail here.

Information we collect

This website does not have booking forms, contact forms or user accounts, and it does not ask you to enter personal information.

When you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.

Please share only what is needed to arrange a consultation. Detailed medical information is best discussed with a clinician during your appointment.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and protect it against misuse.

Contact forms

The website does not currently use contact forms. If we add one in future, we will update this policy to explain what is collected and why before the form goes live.

WhatsApp and other third-party services

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Links to Google Maps and other third-party services are governed by those providers’ policies.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange or manage appointments;
• contact you about your enquiry or appointment;
• keep appropriate records of our communications; and
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only where necessary: with service providers that support our operations (for example, communication and hosting providers), when you ask us to, or when required by law or by a competent authority.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts and images are served from our own website, so no third-party services are loaded when you view a page. Third-party services such as WhatsApp or Google Maps are used only if you choose to follow a link to them.

If we introduce analytics or advertising measurement in future, we will update this policy before it is switched on and ask for your consent where required.

Patient reviews

Patient reviews shown on this website were previously published by patients about Dr Mohammed Youssef and are displayed with the name as originally shown. If you are the author of a review and would like it removed or changed, email info@yourglow.ae.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and arrange your care, or for longer where the law requires it. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate;
• delete information we no longer need; or
• stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you gave.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet, including email and messaging services, is completely secure.

Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure the information remains protected.

Children

This website is not intended for children. Enquiries about care for a child should be made by a parent or legal guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
